1 . Analyzing / figuring out our business by learning how to make liquid dishwashing soap and expand our skills in the manufacture of liquid soap . 
2 . Creating the vision and mission . 
 3 . Prepare a strategy / plan . 
 4 . Renders organization in our group .
 5 . Setting up capital . 
6 . Making soap and dishwashing liquid and give priority market .7 . Once it's set up a place and start marketing it .

3.Strategy run and mengembagkannya :

1 . Introduction / advertising : Because our business is still new , so we will promote our business is primarily known to the public so that households and by adjusting prices . We will put up some ads include : 
a. The main ad : Socializing message that stands out about our products .
 b . Local Advertising : Introduce our products around the city of Medan . 
c . Print ads with a load of our business information in newspapers , magazines , tabloids . 
d . Advertising includes business information electronically with us on television , radio and the internet . 
e . Ads put out with banners, posters , banners and signage of our business information . 
f . Advertisement specifically by giving cindramata / reward for consumers who buy certain quantities of our products .

2 . Maintaining a business by analyzing the developments and achievements to be followed up in accordance with the conditions encountered .

3 . Develop the business by looking at the development of our analysis is positive / negative . If positive then we will develop the business by making more produki and market our soap out of Medan city regional internasional.Kalau even go negative, we will continue to produce our soaps as before or reducing the production of our soap .
